Kaam Krodh Madu Lobhu Mohu Ahankaaru Karandaa.

काम क्रोध मदु लोभु मोहु अहंकारु करंदा ।

I feel proud of my sexual urges, anger, greed, infatuations and other intoxications.

बिसवासघाती अकिरतघण मै को न रखंदा ।

Simran is remembrance and aching for God. Anyone can meditate, but only lovers are blessed enough to partake in simran.

Naam Simran = Truth(real self- Naam- pure jagad jot within/gurmantar/shabad gyan) remembrance moment to moment that itself becomes meditation in later stage.
