Sangat jee i just wanted to know if we are allowed to take hemp protein?

i heard its not marijuana but it does come from the same family of plant but it doesn't contain the chemical that gets you high.

but different people have told me different things.

iv seen many videos and read some articles that say hemp seeds and hemp protein powder one of the best plant based protein sources available.

Don't see why not, although whey protein does the job just fine.

I take whey protien every day. It's great if you don't get enough protien but don't try to use it to substitute meals.

Also look into cottage cheese and pistachio nuts, they are great protein sources for veges.

Nothing wrong with hemp seeds btw, they wont get you 'buzzing'.
