How can you find out in which raag a shabad is?

VAHEGURU JI KA KHALSA, VAHEGURU JI KI FATEH

The shabad seems to be from Savaiyae of the Bhatts, which are not framed in any raag in Sahib Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, so that cannot be used as an indicator for which raag it could be. Apart from a trained musician listening and identifying the raag (or otherwise being familiar with raags or knowing the notations and looking them up), there really is no way apart from potentially asking the person doing keertan.
