Go to it , click edit which is the bottom right hand corner and erase, or correct it and save changes

She's talking about entire topics, not posts.

As JacfSing2 has said, you cannot delete a topic, only edit it. Or you can change the Topic title, tags, or content.

Only Admin/Moderators can delete a topic, so you can contact them at the bottom of the page.
