www.paypal.com, free, until start trading and accepting money, its an ebay company. I dont think u need to be registered to give a one off payment.

Admin jee, could you possibly implement some sort of javascript counter that shows how much you need each month and how much has been donated. i.e. automatically goes up and resets after each month.

like a general statistics page would be nice, possibly showing:

How many users of waheguroo network

how many of these users donated (without names of course)

or perhaps showing users who do not donate :-)

it would be good that all users cannot download without logging in before hand so you can identify somone who is perhaps greedy and malicious i.e. potentially downloading alot of data to raise the server bill for the rest of the sangat out of shere spite, or perhaps is just a cheapskate and downloads alot but never donates.

once identified, perhaps have a polite word with this person and if they are not genuine then name and shame.

Thank you for the suggestions khalsa singh. We have thought of things, but the thing is sevadars are so busy with all the sites that we just dont worry about money until it becomes an issue. We don't want to be about money, this is one reason we dont have any information on money as guru sahib provides us with it when we need it. If we turn our attention towards collecting money, keeping others informed about money etc, we will be turning away from doing other things which we already have limited time for.

We will try to implement it if we can.

Regarding paypal, starting a few months ago, you no longer need to register to send money. Anyone can send money.

Is there an update? I had sent 200 last week to you guys through paypal. Did you receive it?

Admin Note: Yes, Veer Jee, we have received many donations and we are now out of the major debt. We still need contributions on a monthly basis so that we can continue our seva as well as grow. But for now, and the near (very near) future, we shouldn't have any financial concerns.
