His video with the Bibi (or the Bibi speaking against him I cannot clearly remember) was uploaded a while back but removed.

That's why it might be a bit hard to get actual information on who he is and what he did.

Having met him, and his family, he is definitely in more Chardikala than most of us here. He has stopped travelling to avoid sangat from fighting (that is between Sikhs who thin he had done it and those who think he hadn’t). Let’s say he is better than some current parchariks who can’t help but continue visiting countries and creating controversies (missionaries?). 

Moreover, you can usually experience one from their jeevan and katha. Just because he is blatant about his experiences or those of gursikhs, doesn’t make less trustworthy. At the end of the day, he has done amazing katha throughout the katha, and as sangat we can access them to use them to our best advantage
