how can you say that's like creating another caste system?

In the caste system you remain in the caste in which you were born in regardless of your efforts, however this is not the case in Sikhi. Anyone who is willing to keep the Punj Kakaari Rehit can take amrit and become amritthari. So anyone who wants to get involved can do so just by taking Khanda-baate-ki-pahul.

Gabroo, if people really want to do seva so badly, then there are a number of sevas, which they can do such as cleaning the floors, bathrooms, or just cleaning any part of the Gurdwara. But I don’t support a seva, which directly interferes in someone’s rehet.

its usually made by non-amritdharis and amritdharis
