westernised british asian / indian girls are a BIG TURN OFF 1 2

I'm find settling down with a westernised indian female is very hard to do as they all pretty much cheap tarts who drink more than men, sleep around with every dog out there and try to be like men in everything these days and not wifey material the kind of girl you can take home and your mum and family be proud of. Anyone else having the same experience? What are the solutions apart from marrying a fresh from Punjab.

Visiting London ... What are some Sikh-related things to see/do? 1 2
by Guest SinghSahib99- 18 replies

HI, I live in America and have never been to England. I will be visiting London soon and am wondering what there is to see or do that would be of interest to a Sikh. Are there some interesting museums or collections to see? Are any of the Gurdwaras especially worth checking out? Any interesting neighborhoods I should visit? Any musical/theatrical performances that might be of interest? I'd appreciate all suggestions. Thanks If nothing else, perhaps I could meet up with West London Singh for some cha. That might be more entertaining than anything else I could end up doing!!

I have kept strict amritvella and do all my paath. Last year as soon as I increased my baani this problem started happening. The problem is that I have started doing kaami activity whilst asleep subconsciously. I can't stop it. I've tried everything I can think of. I t…

Akhand Paath & Sehaj Paath.... Rituals?
by Guest guru ka sevak- 3 replies
- 1.1k views
WJKK WJKF Khalsa Ji, Just a quick questions regarding Akhand and Sehaj Paath's. When gurdwara's have several akhand paath's open and no one is listening to them, and people are actually in the langar hall gossiping and chatting, doesn't this defeat the purpose of Akhand Paaths? Doesn't someone have to be listening to the paath the whole time, including the night? What is the point of reading the paath non-stop? Gurbani is to be read and vichar not read as a ritual. If no one is listening to the gurbani then why read it without stopping, is this somewhat ritualistic? As for Sehaj Paaths, expect for when families have a death I understand they might not be able to go to …

Bandi Chhor Diwas
by Guest confusingh- 3 replies
I have a question about Bandi Chhor Diwas. Yesterday was Diwali and i was really confused on whether i should go gurudwara or not for that reason. As Bandi Chhor was already earlier a few days ago, although it was Baba Deep Singh Ji shaheedi. I know no reason is good enough reason to go to the gurudwara anytime or place. But seeing how much we celebrate 'Diwali' in Sri Harmandir Sahib etc i thought i was wrong not to be partaking in the festivites of the day. Someone told me Bhai Mani Singh Ji became shaheed so we can go to harmandir sahib on 'Diwali' this doesnt sound right to me or at least a half story. Is there some sort of direct Sikhi link to the day of 'Diwali' its…

Sat sri akal fellow brothers and sisters, Will we ever get khalistan and do we need it? Firstly i would like to say i really do believe We need our own homeland as we are not accepted in india and treated not as first class citizens no matter how patriotic we are or was, secondly will we ever get khalistan and truthfully not yet, even if we did have khalistan there are too many divisions. The reason why alot of panjabis say no to khalistan is because the oppression they have recieved and r still recieving from these so called elites these jatts who put jatt before actually stating they are sikh or how they put it jatt sikh hur hur the rest of the panjabi kaum beleive havi…
