i had this question.......you know like its said you shouldnt walk with your back against the guru granth sahib .... granth(h) saahib jee paas pt(h) kar bait(h) ae so thanakhaaheeaa Those who turn their back towards the Guru Granth Sahib while in It's presence will be punished. however some people argue that its ok due to the fact that you have to see where your walking..... confused :wub:

not do i only feel like im lettin ma self down but ma parents aswell..i smoke n i cant stop..i HAVE tryed i went 2 months without out it n in those 2 i turned towards sikhi by doin paat (sorri spelling mistake) e.g ardaas and kirtan solhila but now even if i want to do "paat" i cant because im like im not a good sikh n whats da point of actin like1 when i no im not cos i smoke..the reason i started was becos of stress e.t.c.. Gurfateh jio Basically I am an amritdhari singh at uni. Long story short my problem is i get too many muslim girls acting really disgustingly towards me (kaam way) it makes me furious. I'm visibly religious (uncut dhari and dumalla, yet they are so disrespectful that they cant think to leave a religious person from another faith alone. Its sickening. Let me just give some background info on my circumstances. I moved to London about 12 years ago and I have never really fully fitted in even though I tried. I have just had enough of the rude people here. Where I live there are mostly black/white/Asian people. Due to the large number of black people in London. The culture people follow is largely a black culture. ie the music the fashion and even they way they talk has become a dialect of Jamaican origin. back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well. -

Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
