Hi, Just want a bit of help/advice. I feel that every time I go to the Gurdwara or start to do paath etc something bad always happens within the next few days. It deters me from praying or visiting the Gurdwara. Seems like a catch 22 situation. Why is this happening?

vjkk vjkf!!! quick question... amritdhari, nitnemi,naamsimran, seva doing singh been having trouble finding a rishta for while now, like 3 years!!! tried all the sites, tried going thru friends, family, gianis too lol. even approached girls too. nothing has worked. been rejected by about 20 "singnees".. soo the question is has any others been having the same trouble? its seems that almost alll girls are judgemental and/or superficial. some say they are not ready but their families are looking for them, huh?? some just say have no interest, some say they are not looking any more, or they have to think it over........ :-\

I got married to a sikh man. But I was not happy woth this marriage. I was in love with someone else, and I still am. I also cheated on my “husband” with someone else. Also before the marriage and after marriage. I dont want to make my family unhappy. I would sacrifice my own happiness for my family. Thats what I am doing now. Is it a sin to stay with my husband even if i am unhappy? And will Rabh ji forgive me if I always pray and do bhaani? And also if I become a true sikh and do amrit ? Leaving aside Guru ji, the general question of taking afeem (opium) in limited quantities for war/medical wounds is simply unproblematic. When you go to the hospital, they give you morphine. What do you think morphine is? It's an opiate. Even codeine (cough syrup) is an opiate! Ever had a cough? Granted, it is against Gurmat to take opium or other drugs for the fun of it. -
Yeah, that's one possibility. Another I initially thought is that it's a Muslim trying to gather info. But then, you might ask, how does he know about Sikh textual sources. Well, you'd be surprised at their resourcefulness. back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well.
