  1. I have a copy of this magazine and can confirm that it is a beautiful read. Brings tears to my eyes, reading about the pyare that is shown by the shaheed Singhs when performing selfless act after selfless act.

  2. Gurfathe Mehtab Singh, Thank you very much for highlighting this deserving cause. We have a chance to right some wrongs: over the last 26 years or so, from the 40 thousand plus that stood for and with the Panth only a few hundred remain. Many became Shaheed, but those that survived the battles, the lengthy prison sentences, have had to endure a very testing time. Those that did not desert their posts went on to promotions and pensions, those that did have been neglected and forgotten. Lets atleast make sure their last years are free of worry, of how they will feed themselves or their families, surely "heroes" deserve more

  3. Wahegurujikakhalsawahegurujikifateh One time during the summer some sangat were sat under a tree outside a Gurudwara Sahib talking about the weather. As they spoke about the heat one of the sangat members said that he wished they could get some badam from somewhere so that they could make some cool Badam Milk. All the sangat members agreed with him but began to mourn the fact that badam were currently not in season. As they said this one moorakh sat over there saidwhile laughing, “Why don't you climb up this tree and shake it? Badam will surely come falling down!” (In reference to the test set by Satguru Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji Maharaj for Bhai Lehna Ji) Sant Teja Singh Ji whowas walking near by overheard what the moorakh said and immediately told him not to utter such stupid remarks. Santji then began to tell the sangat that the house of Dhan Guru Nanak Dev Ji Maharaj lacks nothing as Satguru Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji Maharaj is Nirankar himself. After saying this Santji began to shake the tree and badam began to fall down. Santji then very lovingly collected all the badam and made Badam Milk which he offered to Sant Baba Attar Singh Ji. When Sant Attar Singh Ji saw the Badam Milk he looked at Sant Teja Singh Ji with surprise and told him where did you get the badam from? Sant Teja Singh then narrated the events above. Sant Attar Singh Ji admired Sant Teja Singh Ji's love for Guru Sahib but also gave an updesh about using such atmik shaktis. Khalsaji never doubt the events that unfold till today at the beautiful feet of Dhan Dhan Dhan Dhan Dhan Satguru Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji Maharaj. Loose translation based on katha, originally transcribed in a book written about the Jeevani of Sant Baba Teja Singh Ji. Wahegurujikakhalsawahegurujikifateh

  4. Guru Piyaareyo! These are the Dharmi Faujis of the Khalsa Panth who put not only their jobs, but their lives and future in grave danger, just to protest against the Indian Army's attack on Sri Darbar Sahib in June 1984. Today they are living in dilapidated conditions and there is hardly anyone to care for them. Please donate whatever you can and help these real heroes of the Sikh qaum. Its easy for us sitting in comfortable western countries expressing anger, anguish and frustration on the Internet about 1984, its easy to hold protest rallies and scream about our rights and what we want, but these Guru ke laadle put their everything at stake, they are the real deal, so lets come forward and offer some real help, lets do some real seva. My million respects to the Guru de laal of Khalsa Aid who are already working on this. Guru Sahib has given all of us warm, cozy and comfortable lives. Lets join hands and ensure that our Dharmi Faujis get the same! Khalsa Aid To donate click here

  6. SIKH FREEDOM AND REMEMBRANCE RALLY 2010 – Launch of Singh Soorme Once a year, Sikhs in the UK unite under the banner of the Sikh Nation to voice their protest against the atrocities committed by the Indian Government against Sikhs from 1984. It was at this iconic march attended by tens of thousands of Sikhs proudly sporting saffron (representing martyrdom) Dastaars, Flags and T-shirts, that 5,000 copies of the first edition of SINGH SOORME was released. The full colour glossy magazine detailing Singhs from the Bhindranwale Tiger Force was received very well among the old and young alike. All the articles were written especially for the magazine and featured many pictures unseen for over 25 years. The front cover and also a few of the pages are attached as a sneak preview. The Neverforget84.com Team are grateful to the Sangat who made this achievement, by donating nearly £1750 for the printing. Magazines have been sent out to all donors this week. If anyone would like a copy please make a donation (to cover postage and packing) of £3 (UK) or £5 (rest of the world). Preparation are already in full swing for the 2nd edition of the quarterly magazine, which will cover Singhs from a different Jujharoo Jathebandi. All donations received will go towards the next edition, all donations will be published on the website (with or without names) as before. We would like to encouage more donations of smaller amounts as the previous magazine was completely funded by donations from 30 or so donors. To ensure every Sikh is aware of the sacrifices made by our Shaheeds please continue to support the project. 8. Gurbani is gurbani so there is no split at all, only in your head. that is right , your 'I' will surely take you more closer to God....not! Remember how Ram Rai Ji changed just one word of gurbani and he was disowned by Guru Ji? That is how sacred Gurbani is, you do great disservice to your Guru by calling even one word of it 'a very small part.' How can it be a small part when it constitutes 3/5 of the morning prayers ? There you go with the 'I' again, I this, I that. yes I am sure Guru Ji is so very pleased with you. As we have already established you proporte to be Sikhs but are not and are peddling your wares of deciet , propoganda, confusion so I have no qualms in my attitute to you. You have already admitted that you do not believe in the Panj Bani's so that means you cannot believe in Amrit sanchar hence the Khalsa - SO TELL ME EXACTLY HOW ARE YOU FOLLOWING GURU GOBIND SINGH JI ???????????

  9. Some positive publicity would've been nice. But if he isn't coming, it's no big deal. It's looks a bit sad and pathetic that some 'leaders' are begging for him to come. I'm more worried about gigantic PowerPoint presentations in Harmandir Sahib than Obama visiting (or not).

  11. As you grow older you will realise that life is not about being a social bumble bee  Your circle of friends will change throughout stages of your life... but hopefully your connection with god will always remain... and grow stronger. Like honey to a bee! Googleme

  12. Vjkk vjkf Maharaaj is obviously showering blessings on you. May He do the same for this lowly dog also. With respect to your questions, you are obviously at a stage where your piaar for your Guru is growing. Therefore, this is the time for you to build your character. Excuses are for those that dont want to admit what they are doing, or may not want to hurt someones feelings... but by making excuses no will ever really understand the truth and you will be making the same excuses for a long time to come... Therefore, in my opinon the best way is to just tell your friends straight that 'Its not your scene, its not something that inetersts you and you dont want to go'. Theres no harm in becoming more 'religious' and 'thinking about all the things we do that will effect our spirtuality''... so saying it as it is, builds your character and also earns respect from others. A quick tip, this attitude will help when you start working... its a great way of not having to go to socials, team building lunches etc etc because they are usually at the pub or places where alochol, meat is consumed or gambling takes place... Just tell them straight, its something that you do not do. With respect to your comment re ' I dont like my friends very much', - thats fine and well, but be careful not to alienate them or make them feel, that they think, that you think, you are better than them...keep nimarta, Keep close enough that hopefully one day they join you in sat sangath... we do not know the next persons avasthaa...even if they are monai.... Engage with them as and when it is worth engaging, ie if they talking about Sikhi, playing sports, etc Your second question re laughter from friends and happiness from Paath...is a funny one...not in a bad way... i suspect everyone will have slightly different experiences, so all I can do is share mine, which might help you, or might not... Worldly laughter and Aatmic Sukh will be different. Maharaaj constantly tells us to stay on level playing field when it comes to Worldy hapiness and sadness as there is only so much that can be gained from it. Aatmic sukh will give you santokh, ie the eradication of ups and downs...just a constant high that remains in this world and the next.... So in the long term, no I dont think the two necessarily converge... However, within our own relationships with Maharaaj, there is no reason why we cant feel the same kind of emotions when we are laughing around with a good friend and when we are doing bachan with Akaal Purkh... In the most simpilist of forms, when one is standing in front of Maharaaj doing ardaas, sometimes nothing comes out of the mouth but you are having a full blown conversation with Akaal Purkh... Ive been in situations when Ive smiled and felt a more 'humanly' hapiness emotion...those emotions can repeat themselves during paath.... but ultimately, to slightly contradict myself, the essence of those emotions are different... Dont know if any of above makes sense...lol..but unless Maharaaj comes in partakh saroop and tells you a joke - which I cant imagine happening, I find it difficult to think of having the same kind of impulsive laughter you may get from joking around with mates.... if we desperately need laughter like we get from our friends, it should be viewed as a form of weakness within ourselves... Aaatmic sukh in the form of santokh is what we want....

  13. Dreams can have a huge effect on us but only if we let them. Gurbani says that the world is an illusion and when we sleep and dream the illusion increases. Less sleep means less illusion, and little sleep is prescribed in gurbani. Dreams of god or anything to do with sikhi are good and worth remembering because they equate with truth. I have had dreams of the deaths of every single one of my family members in my life time and dreams where i've been slandered to the ground and have felt depressed all day long. Now I wake up and if the dream is depressing I remind myself it was just a dream, do morning paath and focus on guruji one pointedly and the dream is usually forgotten. The longer you dwell on a dream the more you'll prob remember it so try and put it out of your mind the minute you wake up and focus on god. Don't dwell on a fake illusory dream existence, focus on god who is truth. p.s If I took my dreams literally I'd be an orphan and a psychopath who talks to coats. And don't try those dream dictionaries either because they're full of rubbish!

  14. I have read this magazine, and personally think it is amazing. It is important for us all to not only know about the great shaheeds but keep and preserve their history. if someone knew to the politics of 84 and the freedom struggle was to ask you about where to read and find out, where would you direct them????????? the neverforget84 website or saintsoliders etc, we need to keep this history in paperform as well as digital. Unless you know each detail meticulously researched in this magazine, you should get a copy. Typical of our community not to back a voluntary and unique project. I bow in reverence to those great shaheeds of our panth, and humbly apologise for our treachery

  16. I have put no words in your mouth, but only presented you with lines of Gurbani that show contradictions on YOUR beliefs. Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji Maharaj and Sri Dasam Granth Sahib ji Maharaj is not allergic to using Hindu Gods to convey a message. It's on you to intrepret it in the correct form. So when it comes to Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji Maharaj it's alright to use hindu gods names and it's not okay for Sri Dasam Granth Sahib ji Maharaj. I understand your double standard now. So now your getting the picture. If i provide the info will you answer all the questions that Bundha and GPS had for you. You miss over their questions and continue on with your rant. When GPS asked you the question where does it say Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji Maharaj is the Guru, you went straight to accusations, without understanding the context in which the question was asked. You do the same with Sri Dasam Granth Sahib ji Maharaj. I presented those tuks from Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji Maharaj to show you that your not taking the Shabad of Sri Dasam Granth Sahib ji Maharaj in all complete history and context in which it has been written in. And for your info the Ardas that is done in Gurdwaras, it's from Sri Dasam Granth Sahib ji Maharaj. There are only two Banis from Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji Maharaj read in the Amrit Sanchar. If you can just drop all your accusations, double standards, misintrepreting for one minute. You will be able to see everything Dhan Dhan Dhan Sri Dasam Granth Sahib ji Maharaj has offer to you. If you find Charitropakhyan allergic, then I can presnt some offensive Gurbani from Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji Maharaj, which you(in terms of nindaks of Sri Dasam Granth Sahib ji Maharaj, not pro Sri Dasam Granth Sahib ji Maharaj people because they understand, which means Sants like Sant Maskeen Singh ji) will find unbearable to read, before your sister, mother). I only bring this up because you(nindaks of Sri Dasam Granth Sahib ji Maharaj bring this very disgusting, unreasonable, arrogant arguement up.

  17. Charitropakhayan is not what you think. These are tales that advises khalsa to avoid moral pitfalls. It advises khalsa to avoid extra martial affairs, If you consider sexual union between husband and wife as porn, How you were born? This is the only topic these rogues who are themselves immorals to bring in without understanding it. Let us know where in SSGS is written that Guru sahib gave gurgaddi to SGGS ji? Without dasam granth banis there is no spirit in a sikh. These rogues are not sikhs and they are cowards. They will know the importance of bani of dasam granth when they afce a situation like moghal rule and their women are not safe at home. They should learn some manners and desist to injure sentiments of sikhs by criticizing their scriptures.

  18. I consider SGGS as my Guru eternal. Since you write that you only obey what is in SGGS ji. I have posed a question for you to show me where it is written in SGGS ji that we should consider SGGS as our Guru? Answer the question without twsiting the subject. Second question: You may be having singh as last name > Where it is written in SGGS that you should have singh as last name.
