A very kind gesture. Beautiful. But...as someone else here pointed out, a little analysis and intellectual skills on our part reveals something that points to a fraudulent 'stunt' rather than actual genuine refugees. That 'Hindu Indian', if he actually exists, that had his feet washed and kissed needs to be tracked down. Its difficult to understand why a Hindu Indian would be claiming refugee status from an infamous Hindu Indian nation that is hellbent on standing up for his rights at the expense of minorities such as Sikhs and Christians. Something here doesn't quite add up.

The worst halocausts and deaths have occured in the name of religion. So I think we should be thankful when something like this happens where people have managed to put their religious differences aside. God sees us all as equal. He sends the poor and the rich through the same channels down to earth and calls them back to him through the same channels. He lets his great sun shine on all equally and does not stop the wicked, poor or any other being from receiving rain, air or sun. He has given all the same type of body with 2 hands, 2 legs, mouth, nose and ears. He has given the same message through all the different religions. It is men who have misinterpreted his messages and used them to achieve their own selfish ends. At the end of your days, God will not ask you whether you are a Christian, Muslim, Sikh or some other religion and give you different treatment. The rules for judgement are the same for all.

Imagine if there was a faith that at it's very core and inception had this message rather than have to retrofit messaging to appeal to today's masses. It's all the rage and religion to 'love all' to get them to your church, mosque or temple. Nonetheless, nice gesture with enough left to opposing interpretations to please all. Gandhi, if you'll remember, was a great supporter of celibacy, and so used to sleep naked with his young neices in order to show how "devoted to God he was" and how his celibacy "could not, in the slightest, tempt him". In this day and age, when men with such thoughts will undoubetdly be placed on the sex offenders register as definitive perverts its hard to understand why anyone still, on page 14 of a thread that never needed to be born in the first place, is still arguing the Ghandiesque point of view. For those of you new to the world, perhaps only just come out of your mother's womb, Ghandi was a man who, to the whole world, kinda represents Hinduism. But leaving that aside lets go back to the Indian ascetic train of thought about celibacy. Our Gurus have told you time and time and time and time and time and time again that it is your duty as a Sikh to marry, have kids, work hard (not claim social security...not commit mortgage/insurance fraud (i.e social security) and live the life of an honest hardworking householder. So what exactly is it that makes so many 'Sikhs' on this thread ignore the obvious and embrace the hindu ascetic Gandhiesque philosophy ? I don't know but...as I said before on a previous page...assuming these Gandiesque lovers are right (and of course we should all do whats right) I'll be celibate...you'll be celibate....uncle Joginder will be celibate....cousin Manpreet will be celibate....auntie kalwainder will be celibate......cousin Simran will no longer exist because uncle Joginder was celibate......cousin Jaspreet will be celibate........nephew Arun will be celibate....neice Prabhjyot will be celibate and then...............BANG There's no one left. No Sikh is getting married and so no Sikh is having babies anymore and so the Sikh population of the world = Zero. Harsharan ji, are you saying that Grehasti is free from Kaam or have it under control ?We need a Reality Check here :-) Gurmat says have intimate relations only with your spouse but majority of householders have sex before & after marriage (other then spouse) So how are they better ! Most migrants leave their wives at home & stay away for long durations. After tasting "forbidden fruit" how then do they manage ? If they can manage why can't celibates.

I have enumerated 5 main points in it So the next thing to ask ourselves, is, is it really necessary for us to become celibates to achieve union with Wahiguru Akal Purukh? In a similar way, we may try to suppress kaam by various techniques, but the thing is, that kaam like serpent, is latent there, it is waiting to get the right moment to bite. And we all know how big rishis and munis were attacked and defeated by kaam, even after very long periods of tapasya. Kaam is natural need for the body to an extent for the beings. The thing is not to indulge in it. Even devis, devtas have kaam in them, nobody is free from it. Once even Brahma, under the influence of kaam, was going to do nonsense with his own daughter. Nobody is free from kaam, except, of course, the bhagat jan, the gurmukhs, our Guru Sahibans... Why? Because of them being absorbed in Naam /Shabad Dhun. they are filled with Naam in each pore, each cell of their being. There is a saying, there where is Naam, no kaam can ever exist. Guru Sahibans, are quite aware of all our weaknesses. They know, we can not leave kaam or any vikar just like that, so they blessed us with gurmat, to wash our durmat, and with the jugtee of Naam simran, we too can gradually get rid of all the vikars, "maya" and "man", and in due time, with His apaar grace, become immaculate and be worthy of merging in Him and becoming one with Him, ithout any distiction Such is the beant wadeeayee of our pyara preetam Wahiguru Akal Purukh. I don't care for your arguments about how to get protein, but you're spewing broscience. Your body can't process over a certain amount of protein - the reason why people carb cycle and change it up is to control their blood insulin levels to cut or bulk and also change carb intake to time a workout, account for volume increase or decrease or whether they're on a cut or a bulk. You can gain maximum amount muscle on minimum protein and a high carb diet, but you can also do the same on a lean bulk where you only gain a minimum amount of fat and the same amount of protein. Gaining muscle is a very very slow process, but you can get strong as you gain weight (ie. get fat) quick. What people don't realize when they get strong and then cut and are disappointed that they don't have much muscle to show is they don't account for how much actual muscle it's naturally possible to gain in x time frame. Also there is no such thing as healthy weight - that is what broscientists use to say something that doesn't mean anything at all. Stating your LBM/BF%, height, weight and deadlift/squat/bench/OHP will be a better way to tell if you're at a "healthy weight". I always laugh when Punjabis try to justify their meat eating because they "lift" and want to "maximize gains". Fact is you don't have a basic understanding of nutrition and human physiology - once you've read up on it please come back and tell me whether or not you need to consume (X.Xprotein*bodyweight in lbs) lol.
