How many Christians in India celebrate Vasakhi? However, India is Hindu majority so they'd probably celebrate holi... U serious?! or r u being sarcastic - coz by going to the Gurdwara for huge kirtan darbars on Vasakhi etc. we are celebrating it. Er yeah - that would be a no <_< My family celebr8 x-mas but the only reason i hate it is because my cousins eat meat and their dad drinks nd then the little one goes shoutin jakaras whilst ppl r eatin meat nd drinking. And I don't see what to celebrate - ok Jesus was really important nd I show respect but I don't wanna celebrate it. Plus it's just an excuse to make me fat :D

It's really important to bring tanti saaj back into our Gurdwaras. They should be just as popular as vaja. Any1 who learns it and is quite good oughta start up a class. Noting beats the sound of tanti saaj :lol:

How on earth could something like this happen? There should have been an adult there, and if there wasn't, it should have been locked. Summin needs to be done about gurdwara security and adult supervision... BTW it's not just the women who do the talking

Think about it - if all these ppl who cut their kes were born into gursikh families, they probably wouldn't cut their kes, and some of us here, if we had not been born into gursikh families, wouldn't be gursikhs ourselves. It's not always because of the one individual, so being judgemental just isn't fair
