    agreed that this time all citizens must adhere to the ethical standards set by Guru Sahiban irrespective of creed or lack of it , gender, or previous cultural norms i.e. they would have to sign a declaration of intent to follow them and if they fail to honour them they can be expelled , this is of course having undergone a probationary period before being invited to become full citizens , during which they will be taught how Guru Sahiban taught them to live etc . and they will have to put it into practice .

    should have said calculated bikrami calendar to overlay your calendar for 2021/22 but I'm sure this could be automatically calculated given the immense availability of data about sun moon positions etc.

    bikrami calendar is good enough for Guru Sahiban for over 200 years then their sikhs for over 300 years more what is the need to remove it? Our Guru still talks in the terms of those Baharaan maha , thosethiti, vaar, pal , chasa etc . It is our calendar we do not need to follow the unnecessary step of following a standardised gregorian calendar based on purely solar dates . If we have so many gursikhs able to computer program why can there not be a developed app that automatically generates the correct solar dates based on bikrami calculations? Surely that is not too hard for us to achieve as a kaum and it should be backdated to Prakash of Guru Nanak Dev ji not 1999 as purewal made the basis of his calculations. https://infogalactic.com/info/Bikrami_calendar

    a <banned word filter activated> is someone who does not evaluate the risks , who just rushes to get the first vaccine without waiting for full test data i.e. third phase data . As many doctors have stated there is no rush as there are so many vaccines being developed already there are six past the initial two stages of testing and three completed stage three , the firt past the post may not give coverage for long enough to be the best candidate . It is clear that Moderna and Pfizer are out for bucks as they have stated they are not removing the profit margin from pricing however Oxford had announced pricing as non-profit at $3 per dose vs 42 moderna and 38 pfizer ....now the final pricing is even lower on Oxford $2.18 , moderna $30 pfizer $25 .

    ever read research papers on the myth of shorter life spans , it is the skewing of age averages due to mortality due to childhood deaths, infant mortality and childbirth that created the myth of shorter life spans , look at sikh history there are many many gursikhs living strong into their eighties , nineties and even beyond one hundred years .

    we need intellectuals, writers, educationalists,lawyers, professors, doctors , linguists, historians , art conservers , martial artists, sportsmen and women, army folks , navy folks, even special forces would be good. The dregs of humanity would not easily leave their bad habits so that is not a major worry .

    to be wealthy in that situation normally means you have taken advantadge of that unjust situation just look at Ambani Adani etc also hoarded it ignoring the suffering of others . If you are honoured by unjust people that would be because you are cut of the same cloth. However, Sikhs who are truly on the path are not usually the extreme wealth bracket they are comfortable and they would never tolerate injustice even if it cost them everything . The urban wealthy sorts usually have koti niaat and are misane they usually do not hold sikhi uppermost , they will be handing out siropas to our dokhis and doing selfies with them .

    They are about 20 years too late , they are trying to sound uptodate and woke but it falls down with a clang . The hypocrisy is there for all to see . They still trot out the same tired indian or black characters in soaps and dramas , or produce documentaries to bolster the white i'm alright jack attitude , crowing about how whites got away with their crimes unpaid for .

    that is the only condition that would break a vegan lifestyle but if the cow providing the butter is treated in the khalsa ethics ways and we only take from surplus milk suppply and allow her to keep her calf until weaned , then this would be a much less destructive way of doing parshad .

    if we look at all mahapurakh who gave shaheddat they allowed the enemy to execute the final step rather than do the step themselves, to bring the calamity of killing a mahapurakh onto themselves , Guru Arjan Dev ji, Baba Deep Singh ji , Guru Tej Bahadur ji , Mata Gujri ji , Baba Gurbachan Singh ji, Sant Jarnail Singhji etc . But this is not the same unless as we have seen there have been threats against supporters of the farmers especially if they are high profile and getting notice of worldwide audience .
