well i dont actually go to the gym only because we got a gym thingy in the garage with all the cycling machine and punch bag stuff and the park is local aswell!!

i got dumbells n only train my shoulder muslces n stuff.. playing tbala trains my wrists n fingers. n cant forget dat instant abs!! ( u no the ATN advert of it.. YEH MY DAD BOUGHT IT :wub: ) but its good coz i cant be bovad 2 do situps

newayz yeh started doign the above training wid excersice bike,.. while lisuning 2 kirtan by bhai manpreet singh. trust me... hardcore workout !!! lol

yeh agree tabla playing iz gud exercies, i been playin it for a year now and have felt difference in arm muscles and overall well being, like really happy and confident all the time(thoutgh suntimes may not look it frm outside :wub: ) lol.
