Any Good Job For Sikh Guys ?

Can any body from USA or CANADA or any country exept india tell me that

is there any good work for sikh guys in any country?

what is the respectable work for the sikh guys there?

actually i m going to USA after 6months.

but i m tensed about that what work will get there?

will there b any work for me?

restaurents r very common that side.

waitery is a common work,but americans dont like if an poened beared

person come to them for order and this also does not suit to A SIKH.

i mean there is no chance to get job in a restaurent because many of dishes

are non veg. SO CAN'T A SIKH GUY GET ANY JOB THERE?

IN CASE OF THE A STUDENT WHAT PART TIME JOB WILL B BETTER?

I ALSO COME TO KNOW THAT THE WELL EDUCATED SIKH PEOPLE

ARE OFTEN REFUSED. BECAUSE AMERICANS DONT WISH TO WORK

WITH THEM.

IF HE WILL TRY THEN IS A VEY LESS CHANCE TO B SELECTED.

ONLY 1 IS SELECTED FROM 10.

BUT I DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THAT.

I M NOW IN INDIA AND HAVE FINISHED MY +2.

SO WHAT CAN I DO THERE?

many opportunities for Sikhs in Canada and the US... it also depends on where ur moving to in the states, and what sort of qualifications u got... also what u have studied/are studying...

well I know many Amritdhari's doing medicine and law and that..

But Yeah, theres big oppurtunities in UK as well.. tahts if you don't mess up the interview

i have completed +2 arts.

now also doing oracle dba.

but i dont think it will help me coz i m not graduate.

tell me what thing is having more scope in usa?

my mamu suggest medical.

Firstly race, religion, the way you look etc all come into the picture in jobs like supermarkets, out of the school jobs. when you get to professional careers companies require people who are well educated and can do the job. So if you are educated and have experience and are capable of doin gthe job then chances are employers will hire you. That doesnt mean you wont encounter racism but still get your self to that standard where people will see you for wat you can do and not for how much you resemble a certain terrorist.

As for ur qualifications, errm i dont know wat +2 in Arts is but why have you gotton into technology (oracle dba stuff). Make sure you choose a career path that you are intersted in and not others.

You should better think before you get into anything...ORACLE DBA is serious stuff...am not saying you can not do it...but there is no life for a Oracle DBA at all..if not sure ask me..............

these day admission in medical is tough luck.. now wonder why students started moving to *not so good* med schools nearby islands.. In canada its every tougher than any place.. If you need help in locating med school in california, don't hesitate to contact me also med. is very expensive too.. so bruv compare all other fields
