how to tie a strong damala

What is the best way to tie a dastar or dumala.... so wen u get into a fight it dont come off. I've seen a singh tied a damala and this singh was just messing around with his mates wen his damalla came off how embaressing...

also i'd like a style that wont hurt my poor ears

o and the ear thing, just do it really tight for a few days, then your ears get used to it. unless u do it really loose over ur ears, and in that case the dumalla is looser, plus the ear bits slip up over the day.

I havce never heard of a damalla falling off. They shouldnt be tying a damalla if it falls off, thats not a damalla!!

maybe the larhs were tied round abit too loosely??? some tie it loosely cuz they dont wanna suffer a headache or earache. either ways, however you do your dumalla, you oughta make sure it's firm enough not to fall off your head..oh gosh so embarrassing. :umm:

strong dumalla can be tied if a person wears a parnaa or keski parne walle before dumalaa it will be tied strongly then the main dumall will not slip(dumallas foundation is the first lar when u tie on ur head)
