i'm going to india for abt 10 days.. mostly to ludhiana and amritsar.. i would appreciate it if someone could tell me if they knew abt any programs..keertan darbaars.. rainsabayees anything going from dec.23- jan 4 .. thank you ...

every year there is a smagam at gurdwara sahib brahm bunga in pind dodra, which i think is in district patiala of indian-occupied east punjab

the smagam takes place from December 20-30 with simran and keertan in the morning and evenings, nitnem and asa di // in the mornings, rehiras and gurbani vichar in the evenings, every day for 10 days.

the pind dodra is in Bathinda District...it's about a 3 and half hour drive from Ludhiana...

i'll actually be attending the samagam too...you can PM me or call the numbers that simmal veerji provided...

jasdeep singh veerjee, is there also another pind in district patiala called "dodra" ? there is also a pind "dodra" mentioned on sikhiwiki.com as a place where guru tegh bahadur sahib jee visited once and did some updesh to some sangat ?

and some people say "doraha" but isn't that another place?

On the last Saturday of every month the Singhs of the AKJ hold a Rainsbai Keertan program at the historical Gurdwara, Bibeksar Sahib, in Amritsar.

the pind dodra that is talked about on sikhiwikki is not the same pind...the pind where gurdwara brahm bunga is located is actually pretty close to Machiwarraa

also Doraha is the location of the second Gurdwara Brahm bunga sahib, which is just a half hour outside of Ludhiana..they have local samagams there i believe every two weeks....

Diwaan Samagams of Sant Baba Ranjit Singh Jee (Dhadrian Wale), I don't think any of them are really close to Ludhiana or Amritsar (maybe some of the areas i'm not too sure about are), but just in case you are near these areas. Depending on the day 'Sangraand' falls, you may still be in Punjab for the January Diwaan at Gurdwara Parmeshar Dwar Sahib, Patiala. I will post if I manage to find out, but it will definately be a beautiful experience and highlight - guaranteed lol! - I may also be going India during Dec/Jan for maybe about 2 weeks.

if u could give me some more info abt the bibeksar rainsabayee..it would b helpful ..i won't b able to make it to the dodra samagam..cuz i won't hav the time or the ride to get ther...sorry guys.. u knw i would if i could jaspaul singh ..thanx guys..love how we can help each other
