u mean that hangs below the knee yeh.

Hazooria should be clean and white before the sevadar puts it on - at the end they should be washed individually and not with other clothes n kisherahs.

i dont think clothing should matter at all

i have seen this issue in other gurughars where kirtan cannot be done if your not in a kurta or bana

clothing does not matter at all

but you should wash your hands as you dont want germs anywhere

this karam khand is not needed in sikhi

I think Hazooria is made out of cotton / terricot ? And it if you hold it from the top of your head, it should be the length of your full body.

A hazooria is different from a siropa. Hazooria is what sevadaars wear to do seva, for cleanliness and humility. Siropa is an honour that is given from the sangat to a sevadaar out of the sangat and Guru's blessings. Siropa, i think, is always made out of dastaar fabric.

no.gif i always forget and then go panicking for one esp doing Chaur Saheb Ji Sevaa.

Ive only seen one Gursikh who wears Hazooria for Degh at the Gurudwara, Gianis dont tho. He is a very young lil veer but a great Teacher. d_oh.gif
