I got a cd simran  and I try to listen between 2-6 am cos I’m on night shift, my silly question is can I hear it any other time.?

I normally end up  listening  to it driving home @09:00 or before midnight before my shift…

Any comments will help…

simran can be done anytime of the day, no matter where you are , and what you doing and for as long as you can

simran can be done anytime of the day, anywhere, and at anyplace. It is recommended to do simran as much as u can in those 24 hours, when wakin up to the time u go to sleep...and c how refesh u wud feel while wakin up fo the next day :lol: so do simran whenever u can!!!

Please do not think twice before doing simran at anytime of the day. I too work on graveyard shift and do the same. I feel fortunate that Waheguru ji's is taking such a wonderful sewa. I thank Waheguru ji for putting me in a job where I can remember/do simran. All we can do is try and Waheguru ji will accept us at his doorsteps.

amrit vela is from around 1215am to 9am

if you miss it its obviously ok to do it later, but that window gives you greater fal for any paath you do.

set times for banis are as follows:

amritvela 5 banis of japji sahib, jaap sahib, tavprasad savaiye, chaupyi, full anand sahib: MORNING ranging from 12am to errmm maybe 9am ++??

evening bani: rahiraas sahib between 530pm to maybe 7pm ++??

night bani: sohilaa... before you concuss on your pillow and drift to that perfect dreamland
