Four out of 10 British Muslims want sharia law introduced into parts of the country, a survey reveals today

Forty per cent of the British Muslims surveyed said they backed introducing sharia in parts of Britain, while 41 per cent opposed it. Twenty per cent felt sympathy with the July 7 bombers' motives, and 75 per cent did not. One per cent felt the attacks were "right".

It is amazing isn't it? They want parts of England to have Muslim law and Muslim domination to rule over non Muslims. Imagine what this will mean for Sikhs and others living in Muslim areas.

The arrogance is breathtaking.

Do you think things are going to get worse between Muslims and mainstream Britain? I can't see it getting better. They are pushing things too far.

The question is, how should British Sikhs respond, and position ourselves in the UK?

Sikhs live in Muslim areas. The rise of Islamic extremism affects Sikhs doubly - once because of the tension it causes in colleges and in streets, and secondly because Sikhs are misidentified and suffer in the racist backlash.

I think you're right things are only going to get worse. To the stage that muslim youths will constantly clash with other british youths. It's basically gonna be a street war, with huge riots and people just smashin in muslims for no reason and visa versa.

Solution is to protect our own and those who ask for help for the time being.

Ethnic tenshion is increasing in the UK fast. asians (muslim, sikh), blacks and whites

everyones fighting everyone.

certain musllims are most definetley Not gona get a sharia law placed in parts of the UK, seeing as some muslim communities are already isolated hence the ethnic tenshion will only increase.

if certain muslims want to live on land wher there is sharia maybe they should go to saudi and live alongside their saudiarabian counterparts.
