Losing Hair... Help!

hi, i have been keeping my hair for quite some time now, and really want to grow it long. However, i seem to be losing alot of hair, especially when i comb it and use the shower. any advice for keeping hair?

thats happnin to me too, and i'm only 16, i started using this pantene cream, for long hair, strengens it and stuff, works for me, anti-breakage thing. :wub: @

Paaji you shouldnt wash your hair with shampoo everyday... it can weaken it -esp the one's like vosene that are strong (well... thats what my family sez).

jus use shampoo n dat crap 1ce a week, n jus use plain water evryday or wen evau wana wash ur hair. be sure to use oil after, almond oil realy good. that will stop hair being pulled wen combing it.
