well then jaspaul singh if you cant feel safe with a puck coming towards you at whatever speed, then dont play hokey.

quite simple really

dont compromise on rehit for leisure activities

ive seen in so many pics n paintings that Guru Gobing Singh Ji used to wear a thick iron ring around his turban, wasnt that used like helmet ??

It is actually "Chakkar" a wepon

WJKK WJKF,

I have motorbike and live in England. The laws says that Sikh do not have to wear a helmet.

However, I don't wear one when I ride for short jorneys. But long distance for safety reasons I think the helmet should be woren. Simply wear a patka and then the helmet on top.

The choice is ur's.
