I attended the agm at Singh Sabha yesterday. It was a shamefull day for the sikh sangat. As the ardas began sher group started making noise, shouting and swearing. The general secretary was addressing the sangat and Mali's group kept the noise up constantly. These manmukhs gathered outside and had a meeting , the conclusion of which was if we cant win the election fairly lets cause a riot and get it cancelled! The agm couldnt carry on so about a thousand members walked out and went home in the mean time because no one was left to stop them, mali got on the kirtan stage in his socks and starting making up his own resolutions and shouting jaikare. The sangat will give their fatwa on Sunday, but these people have no faith in the sangat or the guru. The sangat will never let singh sabha back into the days when these people robbed it blind. It has taken a long time for sohi with the sangats help to turn it round. Now we see one of this countries premier religious institutions standing proudly in Southall. Now they want chodar after the comittee have done all the hard work. I will post the videos that show without a shadow of a doubt what happened on you tube today. The sher group claim sohi is corrupt, the charity comission is corrupt, all the m.p's are corrupt, all the police are corrupt..............maybe they are the only decent people left! The truth is they only see others as they are inside themselves.

Untill you registered only 3days ago all teh comments on this forum were against Sohi, but know you expect us to believe your stupid comments about Mali.

Sohi & co couldnt face the sangat so they took all the mics and went upstairs to the office and locked the doors. How many times can we let these ppl dop beadbi of sikhi.

I am not sure if the elections will even take place next week, because the constituiion states that there MUST be an AGM meeting before the elections. But i doubt they can call what happened yesterday a proper meeting.

Why doesn't sohi let anyone speak? why does he run away when questioned? why haven't the committee answered questions posed by members regarding accounts, building funds, managment issues ? Why have they changed the constitution of one of the biggest sikh orgainsations outside india without consulting anyone? for their own hidden agenda? what have they to hide? why did they need to spend millions of extra ££s on the gurdwara which they didnt need to?

and fyi, sohi didnt save the gurdwara from bankruptcy, guru sahib did!

One of my friends went to the gurdwara during the mebership period and was offered £25 to become a member by the comittee for a membership which costs £5, simply shows you how low they can go to win..

i have a film of mali standing on the stage with his socks on ranting and raving like a lunatic. You can see over a thousand people walking out in protest against mali, this guy is like dharshan daas. first he goes on radio saying the booze and stuff at monsoon is langar now he is on video on the kirtan stage in his socks, does this clown know anything about maryada. The only reason why sohi apologised was coz the elections are coming up and wants votes. he is becoming like a dictator. why has he stayed in power all this time? coz him and his committee have always rigged the election process and never allowed a fair election to take place. in previous years when there werent any photo membership cards, they used to call down 100's of people down from north etc.. and give them fake membership cards on the day. I have myslef witnessed this. Since the photo ID cards have been used, sohi & co have been scrutinizing the membership themsleves and no allowed anyone from outside to see what they are doing.

If its there pesron they wont even check ID, and if they know the person isnt gonna vote for them, they will make every excuse to not let them enroll even if they have the correct id.

They pay random ppl £25 to become members and vote for them, for a membership which costs £5.

Just look at the membership records! The list was scrutinized and some of the members that appear on the list dont even exist. Some are dead. Some dont live at the correct address. One example shows 10 members which live in a 1 bedroom flat? Now u tell me does that sounds right?

Again I stress that this is not a personal attack against any individual. We dont really care what people do in the personal lives but when they start runnin sikhi instituions and using this for thier own selfish motives and not the interests of the sangat, thats what we have a problem with.

These people need to be shown that th sangat is not gonna stand back and let them sell sikhi off in front of us. Our guru's gave their lives, their childrens lives, thier parents's lives, and everything they for the chardi kala of the panth!

Yes, there shouldnt have been shouting and raving in the meeting on sunday, but when all else fails people need to voice their views. Malhi & co have been trying every other way possible for the past 5-6 years but the committee have not even tried to cooperate.

And if youll believe that the only reason the indian gov brought canons was coz K.S. Mand told them then you'll believe anything.. LOL!! :nihungsmile:

KHALSA JI, it would be better that ANY other party whom supports PANTHIC programmes are selected / elected to manage Sri Guru Singh Sabha Southall Gurdwara rather than the current "himmat sohi" or "sohi" group aka baaz group.

This group is totally anti panthic, as we have seen their ANTI PANTHIC activites at the Gurdwara Sahib both havelock road and park avenue, himmat sohi and his bandwagon have banned panthic programmes, banned coaches to hyde park in remembrance of june 1984, and a STOP to PANTHIC EVENT at the Gurdwara all together, after building a multimillion pound Gurdwara in under 2 years over £175,000 was spent on repairs!!!! what ever happened to guarantee's??? i thourght buildings like these were guaranteed for atleast 10 years!!!

That Sangats money over £175,000 could have been spent on Sikh youth or Panthic events but no SOHI hasnt given a PENNY not 1p towards a Panthic event!!!!

At membership for elections the OTHER party supports were not allowed to become members of the Gurdwara!!

That says it all Oh my God proud of your Gardhari how bad does it get! Dal Khalsa is in the white paper on operation bluestar the indian government implies that the dal khalsa was one of the excuses they had for the attack. Giani Zail Singh and Rajiv Gandhi wanted an organisation to tarnish the good reputation of Sikhs by throwing decapitated heads of cows into mandirs, so they decided to use dal khlasa. Before thata some hindu's, small in number supported the movement after that every hindu was against it and these stories of descerating mandirs in punjab were pushed out all across india getting people ready to unleash a backlash against Sikhs that finally took place after indira Gandhi's death. But it was these acts that mobilsed the hindu mass's against innocent Sikhs that resulted in thousands of innocent deaths. Our mothers and watched their sons getting burnt alive infront of their own eyes in their thousands in very distant corner of India and without doubt some of that blood is on Mands hands. Our holiest shrine was attacked and destroyed by the army of India, our youth were killed and some of that blood too is on the hands of Mand. So get your facts straight.

You say he didnt say about killing the indian high comissioner watch the film he says it and also swears on the Guru Granth Sahib. Dal Khalsa and Mand are a stain on the vision of Sikh nationhood. May God deliver us from their treachery.

Dal Khalsa came into being at Gurdwara Akal-garh, Sector 35, Chandigarh in 1978, after zail singh and rajiv gandhi had given their instructions they headed back to Delhi, the rest is history. Thats when they carefully carried out a pre organised plan to throw cows heads into mandirs and hoist a khalistan flag in Sri Harimandir Sahib complex and kill hindu bus passengers at the same time they had Jagjit Singh Chohaun in England underneath the khalistan banner pretending to make passports and currency. They made the problem seem bigger than it was, so India had the excuse they needed to massacre us. In reality Jagjit Singh Chohaun and Dal Khalsa didnt even have 1 % of the punjabi population with them.
