jus a quick question when people say "do ardas to make things better" do they just mean the standard ardas that is done at the gurdwara from the "gutka"

ardaas is a request to guru sahib, make sure when you do it, you do it with as much concentration you can and do it with a true heart.....remember, you can't trick guruji, he can read your mind :TH:
