whats with the dahi? my mum always forces a bowl of it down my throat before exams

dahi helps keep your brain "fresh". we should eat dahi everyday, its good for your health :T:

BUT, most punjabi's dont know this. the reason your mum forces you to eat dahi is because it's believed to bring good luck while writing an exam pakhand.
