weather they build a mega mosque or not... i dont see how it effects us sikhs. let them build it whats wrong with that. infact i would be more then happy to give dasvandh for it.

I was just browsing the link above. I sounds pretty convincing, but Darminder, is there anyway you can be sure that this is not a false petition signing us up for support of the mosque.

This puts one in a difficult position. As a Sikh one should have respect for all religions, but to support people in prevent the go-ahead for building mosque seems play a direct conflicting role.

On the other hand there are also arguments to prevent the mosque from being built; and whether this should one day affect our future generations of Sikhs to come, we could only but imagine.

Correction: my best friend aint muslim but i have lots of muslim mates. I am not anti muslim by nature or by birth but i try to judge things on merit and for some reason i find myself most of the times pitted against islam and muslims just coz in my views they(both islam and muslims) dont do things the humane way but impose their decisions on others.

Aren't u being selfish by saying "weather they build a mega mosque or not... i dont see how it effects us sikhs". Should we only raise voice or contribute when things should only affect us.....well by that logic u might have proved Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji wrong. I'd better judge things on balance and form my opinion. Did that guy in the video not mention Gurdwara, temple, synagogue along with the church. I think we can learn a thing from him. Even he was speaking for sikhs hindus and jews apart from christians.
