Need Help...on Behalf Of A Singhnee Whos In Trouble

I'm asking the Sangat for some help...urgent help.

I need contact numbers for Sikh Womens helpline or safe-houses or something like that. A Singhnee friend of mines needs somewhere safe to stay and somewhere where other female sangat members can help her.

It's a long and private issue which I DO NOT want to go into.

If anyone in Birmingham knows a family who can look after her (shes 19) for a while or if you know of any Sikh Womens helplines or organisations for battered or abused sikh women can you please help.

We've been in contact with Sikhhelpline and they are in the process of helping us out. Thanks also to those who PM me with support and help.

The situation is sad but I'm grateful there are some decent folk out there who are so willing to help this Singhnee out in her time of need.

Could someone PM me contact details for anyone who can help from Kaurgeous? We are really looking for someone who has worked with abused/homeless Singhnee....
