2 WEEKS BACK it was reported in INDIAN EXPRESS that a sikh offered money by indian intelligence agency raw to kill big religious and panthic leader that person seeked asylum in USA has said such groups are being raised by RAW . and he was one of them lower courts dismissed his submissions on the ground that not such agency existed but at the appellet stage this case was remanded back . This was the second big setback after defection of their top offcial RABINDER SINGH WHO WAS ALSO A SIKH BUT PATIT ONE. AND RAW OFFCIALS ARE PLANNING KILLINGS OF THESE PERSONS AND OPENLY SAID THAT PEOPLE WILL HEAR THEIR DEATHS EITHE IN SHOOTING OR IN ACCIDENT.INDIAN AGENCIES ARE THEMSELVES BIGGEST SPONSERS OF TERRORRISM AT INTERNATIONAL LEVEL

Raw is a terror organisation as are most intellgience agencies of the world when they cross the line and practise dark ops (ie military/terrorist operations that deliberately target innocent civilians in order to further a political goal of people in power)
