puratan singhs would wear 5 metre long kashereh. when they used to bathe they would hang up there wet kashera. they would look like tents to enemies. they did this to make enemies think there was a camp with many sikhs present when infact there was only a few. this is why singhs used to wear 5 metre long kashereh.
