I am doing a project on June 1984 and have to include a statement in which the Sikh religoin feels about the occurence. Kind of like a vote maybe? Question is do you think Operation Bluestar was a necessary good thing or do you think it was a terrible thing and should not of happened.

operation blue star was a great event. brought very good opportunities for the sikh community. helped us out in a lot of ways, some of those include: the killing on many of our singh soorme, the baazti of our sisters and our daughters, the baazti of our guru, the descruction to our guru's house, the bullets going through the saroop of guru ji, all of these events that took place in operation blue star make sikhs proud around the world. the events of the ghaloogara's are even better. there is nothing like the killing of random sikh's. i am so glad the sikh community was given so many equal rights during the 80's . lets go operation blue star!!!!!!
