Forgot My Computer Admin Pass?

I forgot my computer admin pass and i have all my website and multimedia stuff saved on that computer..but the problem is i cant login i tried everything to remember the pass but couldn't so plzz sangat help me to retrieve my lost pass or something to get back into my account so i can do some updates on the site

start your computer, keep tapping f8 until you go into safe mode

once in safe mode you will be on your desktop and then you can go into your user accounts and change your password for the admin account

If the password is still on the administrator account in safe mode, send me a PM and i will upload a boot disc. Once the image is burnt to disc, simply let it boot to the disc and change the password within the environment that loads (i will post more detailed information if need be)
