Martial Arts And Removing Kakkar

Better than asking other people...ASK yourself!

Do what your heart agrees with. If you can tolerate your empty wrist for some time, then tie up your kara inside your Dumalla/Keski. This way your kara is still on your body since Kes are also a part of your body. Same with your Shree Sahib. =)

But if you feel that "NO, I can't take off my kara because it doesn't feel good". Then NO, don't do it. Don't take it off.

Because...

aisaa kamm moolay na keechai jit ant pachhotaa-ee-ai.

Don't do anything that you will regret for in the end.

Your SOUL is your biggest helper...The answers it gives you are of GOD---itself! =)

Listen to it.

Inspirational and expressed very nicely (y)

Waheguru ji ka Khalsa Waheguru ji ki Fathe,

I found this karra on the net

http://cgi.ebay.de/NEW-Sikh-Sports-Kara_W0...%3A1|240%3A1318

please do vichars abt that Karra whether it's okay or not....

lool its not sarbloh, which ive heard from a lot of singhs, a karra should be made out of. apparently, according to one of the lectures i heard on black magic a sikhi camp, a sarbloh karra also protects you from black magic :D
