you cant say anything, decision to follow sikhi or not is a personal one.....i believe other people shouldn't be saying anything to anyone about following a path or not coz at the end of the day its the individuals choice and his/her personal decision. you can ask him and if the issue is about bullying or something similar which you can solve then you can help him out but other than that its his personal choice.

Why is it stupid? after the sacrifices our gurus made to keep our kesh , if they cant appreciate that, and show gratitude for the gurus, then wot will they do for fellow sikhs?
