Coming To A Town Near You

So i want to buy a house soon but i also want a change so i am thinking of moving out of north west UK. Therefore i want to find a nice town/city to move to. Here are my preferences :

• City/Town must have good IT job prospects
  
• There must be decent size sikh population there
  
• Desi people should be friendly
  
• Atleast one gurdwara near by or in commutable distance
  
• Enough things volunteering, social+religious events one can get involved in.
  
• Usual stuff, less crime etc
  

Here is a list that comes to mind....Birmingham?, Leicester? London ( :6 )

I seriously suggest that you should move out of UK..

Northern California is the best choice for you (because of your IT field)... House prices is bottom low at this moment and will stay until next year..

If not the west then think about east coast (NJ.. tri state area)..
