Saibhang Puncuation

correct puncuatiin of Gurbani is very important and when we say words wrong we are hurting the Guru ourselves and I had a question on the word Saibhang--- it is spelled with a G at the end but I've heard your not suppose pronounce the g but iv also heard people pronouncing the G... are we suppose to pronounce the g at the end ?
