Life as a human is the gift to our souls to finally be one with our creator. Why would someone choose to waste it and then push it towards chaurasi lakh. Doesn't make sense to me.

We don't have much in our control anyways in this lifetime, but if in life I really get stuck when I feel like things are just not going the right way as I think they should/as I desire them to, I leave it loose. I say to myself and to GOD, "babaji tuhade te chhudiya. Let my boat of life sail the way you want to. Nothing I can do to help the situation. Things don't happen the way I would like. Neither I know whats good or bad for me or for others. So just direct the show of my life as you would like to. Just help me to understand it and accept it. I beg peace of mind from you. let me live in your WILL. in your raza".

Drugs don't cure the root of the problem. Physical imbalances are caused by the mind, so change the mind.

You say you do ur paat and simran, that shows you still have faith in Guru Sahib.Dont be ignorant and expect things to change instantly.Whatever your suffering is, its whats due to you. whatever your suffering someone out there has got worse.your not alone in having problems.someone in my family committed suicide and has left us in nothing but pain probably more than what he felt when he did it.dont be selfish.in a couple of days time youll b over it.

I agree with the guest's comment above. There is something psychologically wrong within your mind for you to be thinking all these suicidal thoughts. If you want these thoughts to go away, then all you can actually do is go to the doctors/see a specialist. From all of your comments, people can clearly see there is something mentally/psychologically wrong with you which definately needs to be sorted before you do anything ridiculous/regretful.

Please get the help that you need, then that way your mind will be psychologically balanced, and then you can concentrate on your sikhi and rehat alot more.

I am sure your family will also be willing to help you out in that sense, so you will have nothing to worry about.

This is not something to be ignored. You might not be able to see the fact that your psychologically imbalanced, but we can, so as i stress above, please just do the right thing here and seek some medical advice.
