My uncle has a long dhara and he is a machinist he ties his dhara--his sleeve actually got caught into the machine once and he got a big cut on his arm, if his dhara was khula then it wouldnta been a pretty site,

, my cousin is a police officer he ties his dhara but i see theres another sikh police officer who keeps dhara khula Police Officer

If u choose to tie ur dhara, keep it nice and open when u come to Gurdwara or nagarkertan, just a suggestion,

Just look at pictures of old sikh men, and u'll see the difference of who looks better,
