I understand what you're saying, but if such events do unfold as relayed by Giani Ji, he can't be blamed for passing on any advice that could help us. Of course no-one should be frightened or threatened into following Gurmat, but if people are not taking Gurmat seriously when it could be the way towards salvation, then people should know and should be told.

This is the problem with people who attain a little bit of gian. They cut off all means to what will get a person to Sikhi and just start focusing on the end goal, realization. Sikhi is not a destination way of life? Can you tell me where do you want to go. Satguru ji is already here. Giani ji is not stupid or a <banned word filter activated> or lacking in gian or teaching Sikhi wrong, he knows the pyaare of Sri Waheguru ji is what Sikhs focus on and thats where they get their immortal strenght.

Tell me how many people on here got into Sikhi as realized souls. Only a few souls can say this, Sants when they were born. There are ways to get people out of their manmat ways and attach them to Sikhi. Giani ji is using one of those ways. He knows because he is a Giani, that once people start reading Gurbani and go deep into it, they will realize that Giani ji was not saying be scared of Sri Waheguruji, but always keep his Hukam in mind, whic is to be feared. This fear drives that humility home.

There are people who came to Sikhi in many ways. Look at after 1984, how many people started practicing Sikhi. They started because yeah they felt that hatred toward the congress and extremist hindus, but when they started reading Gurbani and they started developing there jeevans. They understood Sikhi is about pyaar of Sri Waheguru ji. Some people get into Sikhi because they love to fight and once they get taught the Sant side, they balance their anger and turn it into shakti.

and second is fear of Waheguru which is like keeping a love of Waheguru in mind.

and also sangat ji, giani ji explained in recent kathas that katha was actually meant to wake the sikhs up in that country coz secretary of the gurudwara there told giani ji that persons in the committee are drinking wine, etc and not following guru maryada properly.

Also giani ji urged the uploaders not to upload this katha on internet might cause fear and confusion in the sikhs. but giani ji was actually telling the possibilities which could lead to destruction.
