Terror attack in Mumbai: PM vows 'relentless pursuit' of perpetrators

http://www.ndtv.com/article/india/terror-attack-in-mumbai-pm-vows-swift-justice-for-victims-119393

The Prime Minister vowed to "relentlessly pursue the perpetrators" saying, "They must be brought to justice quickly and be subject to the rule of law that they have sought to subvert."

Did something happen in 1984 because I don't know if such comments and vows have ever been made about 1984?

I wouldnt be suprised if it was some Hindu Terrorist group behind this

1.No one has claimed responcibility the Islamic extremists usually like to take credit right away

2.The Government hasnt named any names they would jump on this if they thought it was maybe some pakistani muslim group behind this

Although its way to early to specualte and it could be anyone

Most likely to be a Hindu Terror group who carried this out just like they did the previous Mumbai Taj Hotel attacks ,in which Karkare who exposed Hindu terror and others were all taken out.Hindu terrorist groups have also been behind the samjotha express blasts, gujarat train fire which sparked Muslim Genocide in 2002 the malegaon blasts and countless others

Mumbai Taj hotel attacks were carried out by Kasab , a terrorist who came to Mumbai from Pakistan via sea ... He was inspired by a mullah there to go and terrorize the infidels

And which Acharya inspired Hindus to kill and burn alive Sikhs in 1984 ?

The cops are reported to have destroyed valuable evidence right after the blasts as well, obviously "by mistake". To add to their excuses, they can always blame the rain for washing out evidences. They are blaming a group called Indian Mujahideen, and are questioning some terrorists of this group they recently arrested, but no group has come forward to claim responsibility. This time they couldn't even find a cell phone with the last call made to or coming in from Pakistan/Middle East, which in previous cases has been the first thing they get their hands on. To make the life of the cops and investigators further easy, they have said the attackers were not local. The people of Mumbai have already started protesting, as they are smart enough to know that this attack seemed to have been allowed to happen. Lets not forget, when the actual Islamic terror groups have attacked for real, the intensity and mortal consequences have been massive, and the number of people dying has been a 3-digit figure. This was more like an "inside job" done to achieve some malicious purpose at the cost of innocent lives.

Keep your eyes on Indian news channels for some more days and be prepared to be shocked on how stupid they think the Indians can be to believe whatever is broadcasted. Well guess what, Indians have become used to such attacks and know what is a co-ordinated attack by terrorists and what is an "inside job" by those in power.

I remember after the Mumbai attacks three years ago, NDTV had that 'we the people' discussion programme and that has been actress Simi Garewal was calling for military strikes against Pakistan! She was obviously confusing the country she was in with the USA or Israel. The killing of any innocent person is bad, but I remember that during 2002 when there was a real threat of a war with Pakistan, the people in places far from where the action would take place were the most jingoistic about the war and the ones in Punjab and Rajastan were the ones who didn't want a war to take place. Probably these bombings and the attack in 2008 has brought home to these people what it means to be a Punjabi during an Indo-Pak war.

Guess what, one of the blast suspects who was picked up by the cops has died in hospital in police custody. He was the brother of another person earlier accused in the Gujarat blasts. The family suspects foul play and allege that he was tortured by police. Earlier it was evidence tampered, now they have another man dead, that too someone who was a potential suspect.

    • I agree we're not born with sin like the Christians think. Also I agree we have effects of karma. But Gurbani does state that the body contains both sin and charity (goodness): ਕਾਇਆ ਅੰਦਰਿ ਪਾਪੁ ਪੁੰਨੁ ਦੁਇ ਭਾਈ ॥ Within the body are the two brothers sin and virtue. p126 Actually, we do need to be saved. Gurbani calls this "udhaar" (uplift). Without Satguru, souls are liable to spiritual death: ਜਿਨਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਨ ਭੇਟਿਓ ਸੇ ਭਾਗਹੀਣ ਵਸਿ ਕਾਲ ॥ p40 Those who have not met Satguru Purakh are unfortunate and liable to death. So, yeah, we do need to be saved, and Guru ji does the saving. The reason Satguru is the one to save is because God has given Satguru the "key" (kunji): ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਹਥਿ ਕੁੰਜੀ ਹੋਰਤੁ ਦਰੁ ਖੁਲੈ ਨਾਹੀ ਗੁਰੁ ਪੂਰੈ ਭਾਗਿ ਮਿਲਾਵਣਿਆ ॥੭॥ In the True Guru's hand is the key. None else can open the door. By perfect good fortune the Guru is met. p124
    • That's unfortunate to hear. Could you give any more information? Who was this "baba"? He just disappeared with people's money? Obviously, you should donate your money to known institutions or poor people that you can verify the need of through friends and family in Punjab.
    • Sangat ji,  I know a family who went Sevewal to do seva sometimes end of 2019. They returned last year in great dismay and heart broken.  To repent for their mistakes they approached panj pyaare. The Panj gave them their punishment / order to how t make it up which, with Kirpa, they fulfilled.  They were listening to a fake Baba who, in the end, took all the "Donations " and fled sometime over a year ago. For nearly 4 years this family (who are great Gursikhs once u get to know them) wasted time and effort for this fake Baba. NOT ONLY this one fam. But many, many did worldwide and they took their fam to do seva, in village Sevewal, city Jaitho in Punjab. In the end many families lost money in thousands being behind this Baba. The family, on return, had to get in touch with all the participants and told them to stop.  I am stating this here to create awareness and we need to learn from whom we follow and believe. It's no easy but if we follow the 3 S (Sangat, Simran and Seva) we will be shown the light. As I am writing this the family in question have been doing the same since 2008 onwards and they fell for this Baba... it is unbelievable and shocking.  This am writing in a nutshell as am at work on my break so not lengthy but it deserves a great length.  Especially the family in question, who shed light on youngsters about Sikhi 20 plus years!!
    • Giani Kulwant Singh Jawaddi Kalan uses simple Punjabi.
    • Leaving aside Guru ji, the general question of taking afeem (opium) in limited quantities for war/medical wounds is simply unproblematic. When you go to the hospital, they give you morphine. What do you think morphine is? It's an opiate. Even codeine (cough syrup) is an opiate! Ever had a cough? Granted, it is against Gurmat to take opium or other drugs for the fun of it.
