ppl bathe in the amritsar sarover.. they put their feet in..

fishes live in the sarover.. that doesnt disrespect it

fishes pee and poop in the sarover that doesnt disrespect it

i dont think theres anyway u can desrespect the sarover!

God is everywhere... u cant say walking on the road disrespects the road ...

Actually you will be doing us a favour.

The Charan ( feet ) of the sadh sangat are precious in Sikhi. Thats why outside the Gurdwara where ppl wash there feet people put that jall in their eyes and stuff, because it contains Sadh sangat's Charan dhool.

when i was small.. i along with my mum used to go to darbar sahib three or four times a week and i used to sit down on the steps of parkarma with feet in the sarowar for hours..(u know kids playing around & stuff ).. and nooooo sewadar came up to me and told me it's wrong to do..

Whats Sarowar for?? :D

It's to cleanse our body before giving darshan to Guru Sahib jee... (i think...)

Okay veerjeee.... Whats the difference between sarowar and swimming pool? if both are within the boundary of gurdwara sahib ?
