What can the gurdwaras do to help victims and help fight against drug abuse alchole abuse domestive abuse and sexual abuse

How many sikh children grow up were their is abuse in the home thanks to alchole

How many children have grown up that may have faced sexual abuse

Punjabi culture music bragging about being able to handle the most alchole is one reason for so much domestic violence what can sikhs do to fight and end this

So many victims that hide their pain what can sikhs do to help them

How many people today see a sikh and feel like they can go to that sikh and know they will receive help

The job of a sikh is to help inocent victims

Awareness that's one! Like in my local area (Huddersfield) the Sikh Awareness Society have been invited at the local gurdwara to talk about Grooming and Brainwashing which is aimed at Young Sikhs! I hope many people attend especially the youth. So programs like these and other stalls, activities can be put up to raise awareness. Also, keeping a link with the Sikh Awareness Society on Facebook/Email will benefit Sikhs.
