I doubt mann party won anything. None of the winning party worth to rule but again we are talking about india. However, it is fair to say that whoever wins, they win it fair because of strict eye by EC officials.

How can mann win anything when the Sikh youths have been murdered who supported independence. Supporting Mann is a hopeless and wasteful cause. Better to work within the India system and break it within use the tactics they deploy against Sikh political interests.
