I am 21 years old an have been celibate all the way until a few weeks ago. I am plundered with shame and guilt. The girl and I are friends however he does not want a serious relationship. As per Sikhi I know what I have done is wrong, I just would like some guidance as to why I can do to get back on the right road.

Firstly ardas to guru sahib, and ask for forgivness. If youre an amritdhari singh.. then you MUST see the panj pyare, do not delay... they will forgive you, and give you punishment as per their will. And if you havnt so yet, then i guess Ardas to guru sahib, and get someone to take a hukamnama, do paath... and just make sure this never happens again. even if you havnt taken amrit.. it will still worthwile visiting the panj pyaare.. they will surely direct you in the right way.
