i dont know what it is...

i really hve no motivation to study...im in my first year in uni.. u used to study really hard get high grades but now im happy if i just pass my exam with minimum grade..

feel like whats the need to get high grades

i used to do path almost every day.. now im not really into it..dont feel like doing it.. if i dont want feel it from the inside why should i do path..

i want to lose weight.. but i always go back eating oily fatty food..

all these things have a common thing, low motivation and nearly discipline... when i start something i never finish it..

what happened to me? I used to have big dreams, wanted to achieve something in life. now i feel so lost.. feel like a loser..

Bro, you are depressed - there is something in your mind that doesn´t let you do all these things . PM me or write here , what makes you feel like this.. I really know what you are going through!

He ain't depressed. He's simply in his first year at uni. The first year at uni counts for absolutely zero in the overall mark for the degree so only abnormal people actually try very hard in it. Normal people just wanna do enough to get to the next year. Thats exactly what he's doing. He's normal. If he's 'depressed' than so is every other 1st year student in the country. Every other 1st year uni student can't be bothered to get out of bed and can't even be bothered to wash. Are they all 'depressed' ?

Ok, why he says he feels like a looser? Why he says that he don´t do any path etc? Have you read the whole post? This is not a uni problem - he is having some issues withhisself...

He said : "I used to have BIG dreams"

And what is this all about "Every other"

Are you "Every other"?

This is just a average, all people living here on the planet are uniqe each is different : Different people = Different minds= Different Views= Different problems

first, make sure that you are going where you want to be going. the job at the end doesn't have to be a dream job, it could just be good enough to give you a decent lifestyle etc. also, you need to build up a routine. spend some time playing (doing non-study things), especially like the gym and light socialising. spend some time studying everyday, if you're efficient with your time you could probably have a bit of free time each day to relax. just tell your mind that you will do 10 mins and if after that it's too terrible then you can stop. usually work ends up being ok so you can actually get something done. try to do at least 1 mala mool mantr in the morning. over time this will make you feel a lot better.

here are some books that might help.

Remez Sasson - Will Power And Self Discipline.pdf
