The number of 38+ other Gurudwaray attacked during Operation Bluestar is often mentioned. The sad thing is that no comprehensive list is available. Here are a few details I have found online,if anyone can add to this list, please do:

Sri Harmandir Sahib and Sri Akaal Takht Sahib, Amritsar

Sri Darbar Sahib, Tarn Taran

Sri Keshgarh Sahib, Anandpur Sahib

Gurdwara Dukh Niwaran, Patiala

Gurdwara Gurdashan Prakash, Chowk Mehta

Sri Muktsar Sahib, Muktsar

Gurdwara Nanaksar, Hakimpur, Nawanshahr

I have also found mention of Gurdwaray in Moga, Faridkot and Ropar being attacked.

my grandma's nanki pind is close to anandpur sahib so i shall ask them if they know anything next time i go.

The White Paper says that "terrorists at Moga and Muktsar offered a fair amount of resistance." Tiwana Commission of Inquiry, appointed by the Akali State government elected two years later to investigate some complaints of torture in army custody, said that 257 persons were shot down during the storming of the Dukhniwaran Gurdwara at Patiala.

apparently the whitepaper for op. bluestar has info regarding attacks on other gurdwaras attacked.
