There was kirtan in our gurdwara in Denmark yesterday and today.

The chardi kala singhs and singhnia who did kirtan are from England.

I don't know if you read this but if you do I just want to say that you were truly amazing

all of you!

I've never seen so many young Amrit-Dharis outside India.

Thanks for coming all the way from England to our small country. :lol: ))))

I have been to Denmark couple of times and it was really amazing to see how a small group of Gursikhs in Denmark arrange samagams in such an excellent way with Guru Sahib's kirpa. Specially the granthi singhs who are doing the seva are chosen with strict rules about rehat and gursikhi jeevan. Earlier they had lot of issues with the management but now they managed to sort it out by kicking the anti-gurmat management and taking charge of all the seva with help of other gursikh families.

Really appreciate their effort and wish them all the best for the future. Guru sahib kirpa karan :lol:

On behalf of all those who attended from England, I would like to extend our thanks to all the sangat in Copenhagen, Denmark (or Danmark as its spelt there!) for giving us the opportunity to join in them in celebrating the 400th Parkash Divas of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we are indebted to the sevadaars and sangat for making us feel so welcome and comfortable.

We look forward to seeing the Danish sangat again in the future. :lol:

the strange thing is...written danish and norwegian are almost the same...but when i hear danish people speak...it sounds like german.. and i don't get it...

yes written Danish and Norweigan are almost the same but when I hear Norweigan people speak I don't understand it. It sounds like Swedish - very indistinctly.

Danish is a copy or GERMAN u can hardly understand it when listening - not to meantion the writen looks like 'tutti-futti Norwiegen' :lol:

Norwiegen is just a copy of Swedish but the speak like the danes
