Disappointing Response thus far

who has been in solitary confinement for five days, jail for two weeks, in the USA with no arrest warrant, no evidence and no explanations

I have already signed the petition. But I have a question. How do we know that he did not threaten the lady? I know that lady could be lying too, but agreeing to meet her after the 'threatening incidence' tells something. But why that lady had a meeting with Mr. Chaggar at the first place? if somebody can help, that will be great :lol:

here are the facts

1) Why did he go to help her? She asked

2) When he went to see her (where she was being held for smuggling more than 100 pounds of cocaine -- how credible is her word first of all) did he sign in as HER lawyer? No, he signed in as A LAWYER.

3) What did she say to him? She told him about the threats she was getting. She cried.

4) Then what happened. When he left, she told authorities HE THREATENED HER. She knew she has to save herself somehow.

5) American authorities will decide what happens - it is a matter of law.

6) This man has done seva in the BC Sikh community - he is a reliable, honest person - and they didn't even give him bail when MUCH WORSE PEOPLE get bail in 1, 2 days !! And not just that but they put him solitary confinement for NO REASON ....

Drug dealers get out on bail in 2 days in the USA - what hypocricy is this -- that just because he is a Singh and he defended Inderjit Singh Reyat in the Air India trial -- he is being treated like an animal.

Thanks chardi Kala ji for your reply. I think its better to ask these questions ourselves and find the answers before hearing these questions from outsiders.
