If he follows my advice he should be able to forget the person within a few weeks. Who mentioned hate? He is just looking at her negative side and making himself aware of this side. He is not going to shout her negatives to her, it will just be for his mind to churn over and then decide that she was not the ideal person for him.

Or he could take your advice and be a washed out wuss for the next six months on anti-depression pills.

I can see where you're coming from, but I'd rather be sad and know it was the truth, than live a lie and be happy.

But like I said I get what you're saying about accentuating her negatives. I just don't think, long-term, that's the best way to approach stuff.

hi im a working junior doctor in some hospital in kuala lumpur ,malaysia...ive started this job last year on august 26 2013..unfortunately 1 day before that i lost my grandfather,he was the very person u gave me the monetary support to go and study medicine in one of the universities in europe..ever since i joined this place im gone into a very bad depressive mode..after working for a month i was on 2months leave seeing the psychitrics..but the medication did not help much i had suicidal thoughts all the time..im already 30 now and i have a girlfriend who i promise to marry by the end of 2014..i got back to work after that only to go back into depression again after 2months..i have to complete this 2years of compulsary service in the goverment hospital before i can get license to practise..the training is done in a very stressed environment..the senior doctors and specialist are so cruel that they dnt look into our plight..always brush us of by saying being too slow,incompetent,lack of knowledge and too soft to deal with the situation..not knowingly these kind of attitude and words had put me personally into a very deep mess..before my parents and girlfriend was quite supportive but lately my girlfrind is getting very tensed with my situation and i had to cancel our wedding this year...she is losing patience with me telling me that she would hv met someone else who wouldnt give her this terrible hard time..she threatens me to go back to work or else she will leave me as she claims her ex boyfriend has startedcontacting her back,,she always claims she would have taken other proposal which came her way before as she is regretting it now...i feel very very sad coz all i have during this tough time is her..the only person i dream and think of day and night..thinking of her reduces my stress once in a while..but right now my relationship is in the rocks,my finances are draining and im not prepared to go back to work thiking of the bad experiences i had in the wards..please help me some out here..someone who is so in touch with gurujis gurbani probably can shed some light into my predicament..ive stop scocialising,stopped playing sports and i had loss off appettite and insomnia..my parents look very sad and worried about me..i cant see them going through this...please help me...wahegurujika khalsa wahegurujiki fateh
