Might as well, just remember you only need a fraction of what the meat industry supported narrative says you do. Don't overdo it. I'll look at my notes to give you a gram amount but really it being a part of your diet at all is sufficient for your cravings to let you know. I never did find the spreadsheet I was using to calculate and track nutrient intakes, or the values I used at the time.
